This week we are sharing a little bit more about Ashlee. You know Ashlee, the one who rocks that silver bullet set like no other, yeah, that Ashlee.

KORE: When did you start teaching?
ASHLEE: Teaching became a paid gig for me in February 2015.
KORE: Why do you teach?
ASHLEE: That question has SO many answers! But I guess when it comes down to it I teach out of love. I love Pilates and I love people and I get to engage with both on a daily basis. It’s a pretty sweet setup! 
KORE: How do we sweat with you?
ASHLEE: I teach group classes at The Pad Studios and private sessions at Pirate Pilates by appointment.
KORE:  What is your fave move right now?
ASHLEE: I try not to play favorites with moves and instead tend to geek out on concepts or principals I want my clients to embody. Lately I’ve been on a spinal articulation kick. Healthy spines make happy bodies! 
KORE: Coffe or juice?
ASHLEE: Coffee!!!!!
KORE: Fave place for a post work out snack?
ASHLEE: My kitchen! But provided I can’t get to my kitchen quick enough for a post-workout snack I really like Urban Remedy! 
KORE: Fit-Fash trend you love RN?
ASHLEE: Unitards/Onesies. The Beyond Yoga unitard at KORE is my new favorite article of clothing, it’s no fuss and feels like butter! Awesome to move in as well! 
KORE: Any new diet/nutrition trends you love?
ASHLEE: Generally speaking I hate diets and diet trends. I really feel that for most people diets and trends aren’t sustainable long term and end up leaving people feeling defeated and inadequate, and as a health and wellness professional that breaks my heart. One thing that I do love that seems to be trending is a shift towards viewing our health holistically and choosing food that’s real and nourishing, that I can definitely get onboard with! 
KORE: Any diet trends you can live without?
ASHLEE: I try my best to live and let live and not weigh in on things other people do if they like it and it works for them, but that being said if I hear another person talk about peeing on a Keto strip, or worrying about how many carbs are in a bell pepper I might cry.
