RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns:
If something doesn't work out, don't sweat it. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not in love with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 business days of the date of receipt for a refund excluding the original shipping charges. If you received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return. Because we offer free shipping on $100+ clients are responsible for the cost of their returns. If your return exceeds 7 days, we will provide a store credit for up to 14 business days from the date of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) including tags. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items include Gift cards, Initimates, Custom Orders & Final Sale Items. To complete your free shipping return, visit the Return Portal, you'll need your Order # and Email Address. 

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@KORECollective.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please note desired items may be out of stock so we may not be able to accommodate this request.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Hello@KORECollective.com.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. All return times listed above apply to gifts.

Shipping:
You can generate a return label using the Return Portal the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. If you go your own route and don't use the Return Portal, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
